CONCESSIONAIRES: Please note, Carlisle Events is the ONLY authorized source of food and beverage concessionaires to apply and secure space at Carlisle Events hosted events at Carlisle Fairgrounds and Carlisle Expo Center. Food & beverage concessionaires interested in applying to set up at any Carlisle Events hosted event should not go through any other source for applying or securing concessionaire space other than through the Carlisle Events online application process. Carlisle Events is not responsible for issuing refunds or credits for food and beverage concessionaires who purchase and secure concessionaire space through unauthorized third-party sellers.
For specific food truck locations by event, consult the online event guide for a map and the most up to date concessions locations. Event guides become available with a few weeks of each upcoming event.
Hours of concessions are typically 6:30AM - 4:00PM daily during events.
PLEASE NOTE that all of our food offerings are operated by independent vendors, so the hours posted for our event (and our typical hours noted above) may not reflect the hours of operation for specific food vendors. Please inquire with each food concessionaire for their specific operating times.
