Carlisle All-GM Nationals: June 26-28 at the Carlisle PA Fairgrounds

Celebrating the history and future of General Motors with a weekend of displays, guests, activities and cars

The Carlisle All-GM Nationals, held June 26-28th at the Carlisle PA Fairgrounds, is an event that celebrates the history and future of vehicles produced by General Motors and enthusiasm for these vehicles among people in the automotive hobby. The All-GM Nationals – National Parts Depot Showfield will be filled with top quality restored classics, original muscle cars and modified high performance new models. In addition to celebrating the history and future of General Motors, the Carlisle All-GM Nationals will host activities for car clubs and families alike; making the event is a favorite for all of The General’s men.

This year’s special theme for the event is a celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the El Camino. The El Camino is a masterpiece when it comes to design, form and function. The versatility and performance of the Elky is what gave it its cult following which still remains strong today. Many awesome examples of the El Camino will be in the special invitational displays and throughout the National Parts Depot Showfield.

The All-Camaro Nationals makes up a large part of the All-GM Nationals. This year to celebrate the release of the 2010 Camaro, Carlisle Events and the American Camaro Association are inviting all owners GM F-bodies (Camaros and Firebirds) to celebrate at the All-GM Nationals. The goal is to see 1,000 of the Chevrolet and Pontiac pony cars on their Carlisle PA Fairgrounds. In addition to the challenge and goal of 1,000, the Pontiac side of the F-Body family will give away of a pre-run, fully blueprinted, Pontiac 455 crate engine, presented by Nitemare Performance and Pontiac Enthusiast Magazine.

Special guests for the Carlisle All-GM Nationals include Sam Memmolo and Bryan Fuller, from the hit TV show Two Guys Garage on SPEED; Legendary drag racer Bruce Larson and his USA-1 Camaro; and Scott Settlemire and John Fitzpatrick from General Motors.
