unveiled a new 2008 Commemorative Stamp Collection entitled America on the Move: \'50s Fins and Chrome during the Spring Carlisle Collector Car Swap Meet and Corral in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.The 42-cent stamps will be released for sale on Oct. 1 -- 5, 2008 during the Fall Carlisle Collector Car Swap Meet.&nbsp;They feature paintings by Art M.
