Display to Highlight Modified Corvettes

It's been so long since we debuted Modified Corvettes that the original display is old enough to vote! In 2000, Chip Miller introduced you to "The Tuners," and that, in part, is the theme of our 2019 Chip's Choice display. Modified Corvettes take center stage and unlike our Vette Rod feature of 2018, these Corvettes can be of any generation and year, though we are likely to see more modern Corvettes showcased. Seriously, if you've tweaked your C1 1953 or happen to have made mods to your new C7, we want to hear from you.

In our 2000 event guide, Chip himself described tuners as "intelligent individuals who tinker and experiment until they come up with a package that makes a bunch of power, breathes clean and gets going up the road, around corners and 'whoa'ed down' in a heartbeat."

Of course these mods aren't just unseen and under the hood, they are visible from bumper to bumper and everywhere in between. If you or anyone you know fits this theme, spread the word and apply today for consideration. APPLY ONLINE today for consideration.

In case you were wondering what Chip's Choice is, it's our annual special display that is showcased within Building T. Named after our late company co-founder and National Corvette Hall of Famer Chip Miller, this display embodies the best-of-the-best in the Corvette hobby. A different theme is promoted each August at Carlisle.
