CARLISLE TRUCK NATIONALS HONOR THE FALLEN WITH BLACKOUT
Military-Themed Custom Truck Showcased Saturday of Event Weekend

#WeStand at Carlisle and that couldn’t be truer than when it comes to honoring the military, first responders and those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. The 2018 Carlisle Truck Nationals welcomes a truck and truck owner who do just that and so much more. On Saturday of event weekend, meet Chuck Timbrook and his amazing tribute truck, Blackout.

West Virginia-based and owned by Timbrook, Blackout is a 1999 Freightliner Classic that pays tribute to military veterans. This tribute carries specific reference to the 167th Airlift Wing of the National Guard of Martinsburg, WV, Timbrook’s hometown.

The truck is black, adorned with flags and graphics and offers a somber reminder to those who gave all for our country. It has Pennsylvania roots, having been worked on by VT Transportation/VT Customs in Waynesboro, PA as well as Antrim Diesel in Greencastle, PA.

Don’t miss out on your chance to pay tribute and see this amazing truck at Carlisle. In addition, we welcome the Wall of Honor, a showcase of fallen service member from the Mid-Atlantic region (Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey) as well as Washington D.C. Its owner, Tim Wright, of Shippensburg, PA will be at the show too. Don’t miss out on both of these cool displays.
